Fraud. Claims to be from Metro Bank and telling me with OVER-professional (dodgy) voice that someone from Aberdeen, Scotland, is trying to use my sort code and account number to withdraw £450. After that he asks what amount of money I had last time ? I did not believe him. It's a scam from Aberdeen. Scam & Fraud

Like another person wrote on here, I said no to the insurance on the website, the person was friendly enough and accepted no thanks, but I didn t consent to my number being used in that way, only for delivery info (i.e. time slot) to be given. Always ask them security questions, they got the order number correct and I don t know if there is a scam where they say they ll take away the old appliance for free, and then somehow charge you or possibly sign you up for insurance even though you said no, idk. Caller claimed to be from Severn Trent Water telling me that I haven t paid my bill in the last six months - checked the bill and found out that this company charges on a 8 month Direct Debit format. Interesting scam - have informed the company about the call!
