This number is constantly ringing 5-6 times a day don't answer scam about being owed money off a credit card

Claimed to be from The Pensions Service and said he had details that my pension had not be reviewed for the past 6 months. I asked him how he would have this information and surprise - surprise the phone went dead.
Said they were calling from a government organisation and had got my number from the office of fair trading and were calling on behalf of the citizens advice bureau who had been given details of my outstanding debts by my creditors. When I said that I had
