Claimed to be from BT Openreach.Scammer stated there was a fault with the line when you on laptop . When I told her that I worked for Openreach she said I no care and put the phone down.
Had a Call from this number regarding Electrical system Insurance. When I said that I already had it, the female caller responded that it was with them, and because I had not claimed for three years they we going to reduce it from the current £180.00. I immediately knew it must be a scam, so I pressed the 'Block now' Button on my call Blocker.

Heavy Indian accent, said he was from Amazon and that some ‘foreign’ people were using my account for which I would be charged. When I tried to answer the line went dead.
