They call and ask you for a one time payment to support a magazine to go into schools regarding bullying. ONCE. ONE TIME ONLY. You do not sign a contract, you do not enter into an agreement. They then persistently call you and ask you for more money as apparently you have entered into a contract. Fraud
Called me twice so far today. Automated voice claiming to be from Mastercard/Visa, saying that £600 has been withdrawn from my account and to press 1 immediately, as my account has been compromised. Scaremongering and fraudulent. I hung up each time.
So annoying, always getting calls off thek selling different home improvements, solar panels, windows, heating etc. Even when you tell them to stop calling they never listen.

SCAM only answered as it was a local code and I'm waiting on some calls. Not an English accent. Tried to tell me they were from Amazon and someone had tried to use my details to buy something for £400 asked if I had. Said no so was told to check emails, didn't have one so was told to use computer not mobile as for security it would only go to computer ???? At this point I was bored so told him to do one. Rang number back and no surprises it wasn't recognised.
