SCAM Kept 'Morgan' on the line for 12mins while he told me he was from 'Carphone Warehouse Company' and offered an iPhone 13 for £35. He hung up when I asked what city he was in. Number called again a minute later, so I answered with "Hello, Dartford CID"; it hung up!
Definite scam attempt...claims to be from Microsoft support calling about a number of errors showing on the system. I asked him what Error Codes were showing, and he said 'what are you talking about, what error code?' Hung up.

Automated call
Recorded message purporting to be from Amazon. Apparently someone placed an order for an iPhone 12 on my account (the bold- faced cheek of some people, eh?) and somehow Amazon found this to be suspicious (probably because me and Jeff are really big buddies!) and wanted me to address it as they didn't want me to be out of pocket (to anyone other than themselves no doubt!). If I hadn't hung up, they'd have been asking for all kinds of personal detail of my account. But I hung up before they asked.

Telemarketing
Claimed to call from o2 and suddenly asked for personal details such as credit card information. I m quite sure o2 wouldn t ask such data via phone call so most likely it s a scam.
Sick and tired of company phoning me I did not give them my number person they want is no longer here.I wish the company would employ people who could [a] understand English and [b] would learn to listen when they are told you do not want any more calls.
