I didn t answer. Tried to return the call but it when straight to an automated message, stating that they were calling me about my recent claim, that I didn t make.

Automated call, said failure to respond would result in charges against me, gave me a case number, seemed to be to do with national insurance, wanted me to press one. I hung up.

This number has been "Spoofed" as there is no business in Neath where this number is based which is a lawyers etc. The number is being used by an overseas call centre to generate leads. Just had a call from this number no message left and apparently its the outer hebrides, I don't know anyone from there any ideas?
Silvershine Services. 4 calls in 48 hrs all from Leicester based numbers. Call starts off with an automated voice asking about accident details. After answering yes and giving brief details, I am put through to a human being. Despite telling them on NUMEROUS occasions now that I DO NOT wish to receive these call, they still persist. Asking them to remove your number just results in the person you re speaking to ending the call. Reported to ICO
I typed the number in a search engine and thanks to others listing it was able to discover its Oxfam calling me on a daily basis. Have never answered call and no message is left. Will now add number to reject list as they are becoming a nuisance. We choose to give to charity and shouldn t feel pressured. That s not what its about.
