Completed an online quotation and have been bombarded with calls since. I advised them I was no longer interested due to their pushy sales techniques on the phone and I would proceed with BUPA. Despite this and after blocking their number they are still calling from different numbers. Relates to a dodgy car trader... aggressive in getting the sale and as soon as you need the support they don’t want to know!

Indian callers claim to be from windows.they will tell you your computer has been sending them error reports.they then ask you to turn your computer on and then tell you how to fix the problem.they get you to switch on remote access.then they control your computer and have access to all bank,credit card and password details that have been entered.NEVER DO THIS !!! please report to your local police

This foreign idiot mumbled a name and went straight into talking about boilers. I then stopped her dead and told her she was talking crap and I had no intention of listing to her and that as soon as I put the phone down I was going to put her number in the call blocker and that she should sod off. Electronic voice warned me that my TalkTalk internet would be disconected this evening and gave me the option to either press 1 to keep it or 2 to disconnect. Goodness knows what would have happened if I had pressed either number. I logged in to TalkTalk and of course there was no mention of a disconnection.
