Pretended they were TSB, and that someone tried to take out 250 to pay Apple, they put the transaction on hold and now need to generate me a new card, new sort code and new account number. Called him out on it by saying will visit branch to sort out as never heard of anyone changing a sort code before...I am guessing he would have asked me to verify all those details in order to change them. Scam, scam, scam as soon as I said that he hung up.

I lost all my savings to CM Trading. I invested 100,000 and they refused to allow me to withdraw both my initial deposit and accrued interest. Once you get a call like this from one scammy nob-head company, they keep calling with new numbers in the hope that you react and call them back. Don't answer, Don't call back. Its usually a premuim rate scam that either has some kind of fax machine tone, or someone claiming to be someone they're not trying to keep you on the line for as long as possible whilst running up your phone bill

Latest release - Luke Ballantyne was listed as a Director of HML Consultants but resigned in November 2019, with Sarah Aldrige appointed as a Director in the same month. Ballantyne is listed as a Director of 'Home Cover Group Limited' yet another company offering extended warranties for home appliances. Their telephone number is 0333 2125609.
