Young lady, sounded like a human not a recording, British accent, told me (using my name) that she was calling about teh washing machine policy registered at my address (which worryingly she also knew). This is a well known scam. I told her that she knew as well as I did that there was no such thing and suggested she get herself a proper job.

This company reported to be Heating Services, claims to act on behalf of British Gas Homecare and deals with all their support services. This person phone up and was rude and abusive. No idea who they are,never heard of them before. They just rang up and started being abusive down the phone.
