The link was there but I darent click on the link as I know it’ll be a server with poison like software that steals your data and sells it to other parties! Was sent straight to voicemail, even though they rang me. Disconnected call and immediately got a message on my phone advising about blocking scam callers, was about to click yes, when a link appeared to a website? Seems like some kind of scam, avoid and beware!
I called NatWest on their official telephone banking number who confirmed that this is an automated fraud prevention text alert. It was used to verify a suspicious transaction on my account with a simple Yes or No reply to the text. They state they will never ask for personal details on a text. Genuine number.
