Is a recording telling me that an account of mine "has been breached, please call, etc." I searched that number, and it has not been allocated, so am thinking it is a...
This number come up about 4 times a week, they never leave a message. When you try to id the number comes back as not recognised?
This was a recorded message clearly of a fraudulent nature, saying that I was to be arrested for tax fraud. I immediately hung up and did not listen to the whole message. I presume that there is some scam involved. It is at least annoying and is potentially dangerous for the unwary.

Called me claiming to be from O2 with a 30% off my monthly bill every month free of charge, decided to play along for a bit just to waste their time and then when I eventually hung up on them after revealing to them I wasn't even with O2 they spam called me for 30 minutes from a different number everytime, be aware of the following numbers as well: 01213143258 02475422138 01618201813
Said was government survey for COVID but hung up when I wouldn’t provide the name of my life insurance company
The above number texted me today claiming they are Amazon and that there had been an attempt from IP address:42.344.91.27 to login my account.

Text message received from Sants fraud asking me if I had made a pmt of 33458.64 to a Ali Afza? if not to call fraud on the number and not to reply by text. Luckily I worked for Santander so knew it was a scam but it is very convincing.

Put another person on the phone when she got flustered, male then started asking me my security question, what model of phone I had, mt network provider was etc. SCAM - avoid!! Third time scam call from "GPI Connect". Asian female saying I have responded to something on-line for more information. I haven't. Global Pricing Innovations maybe? Very suspicious. Told her to go **** herself.

I had a call from 01135190541 and my phone said potential fraud. When I knocked it off, I had a phone call straight after from 01135190548. That said suspected spam, so I knocked it off. Straight after that, I had this phone number call me, but it knocked itself off. My phone said suspected spam too. I'm blocking these numbers. Don't answer them.
