Medical = told me they were Public Health and had I had any major health problems recently. I sharply told them that was none of their business and they hung up. They had my name to ask if it was me on the line which is a bit worrying.
Scam call. African man claiming to be called Ryan calling from O2 to discuss my contract with them. Told him don't know where you have got the information from but that's not correct and sounds like a scam call to me. He hung up.

Didnt answer the call - went to voicemail. In the voicemail claimed to be "Cam" working for Halifax as a 'Mortgage and Protection Advisor' and for me to call her back on 07767 233 903 - which appears to be a mobile number!!! Didnt respond as seemed very suspicious - wasnt expecting a call. I do no use any of the services which she claimed that I might need help with! No info on Google. Reported - Action Fraud. No bank would ever ask to return a call to a mobile number.
Called me at 08.03 this morning and was mute on answer.

SCAM - offered 40% discount on my next bill, when I asked who they were they said it was for my phone bill. I asked if it was Vodafone and she said yes, then asked how much I was paying for my phone bill and what kind of device I had - all information she should have been able to gather from my account. She offered my an iPhone 14 for £25 a month, I asked her to call me back the following day. Still not sure who called, rang it back as expecting contact with Brentford County Court, the call was answered by answer machine that said "Trying to connect you" then some music and then the line went silent so I cut the call when that happened and still no answer. Seems dodgy now but will see if they ring back.

Definitely a scam. They must use a system that generates a local number as I’m getting them calling at me multiple times a day. Already had 2 today and it’s not even 3pm yet. It’s a computer generated voice or a recorded voice trying to tell me that my bank account has been accessed or similar. I basically hang up as soon as I hear it’s them now. Just annoying
Missed call - Missed the call. Rang back out of curiosity and got the message "This number has been suspended through suspected misuse or fraud. If affected call..." and gave the Fraud Line Interestingly, I look at my Blocked Numbers log and I have in the past blocked 0161 636 3721 - 3726, so it must be an allocation bought up by someone dodgy who just flips the outgoing number when it gets burned.

Monday May 8 Call from this number stating they were ringing from microsoft. This was one of a series of 6 calls starting on Friday 5th that stated they were (or were probably connected )from microsoft ! Different numbers used for each call; no messages left on answerphone. No info given or replies to caller numbers

Fraud SCAM Claimed to be associated with a government scheme ECO4. This is a genuine scheme providing help with home insulation and energy efficiency for people on certain benefits. However, why would I be called from someone 100s of miles away? They aren’t being paid by the government to make these calls, so who is paying them and why? Advice is Block and Ignore!
