I received a called yesterday and today from this number 01924930589. Answered it just and then they spoke and put it down. Tried to call back it's a automated message saying you were called to by cost busters can't connect to our some crap like that

Contact us if this was NOT you via, 0333 339 4872”. Apparently both numbers in France. FFS fed up to the back teeth with scammers - LPA for my mum who has been scammed out of thousands of pounds. I said that I didn't believe this was a genuine call, hung up and then called HMRC but couldn't get through. After an hour and half trying I gave up, but I don't believe they call people from mobile numbers and I know I don't owe anything.
