SCAM So rude on the phone asking me about social housing. I have had numerous calls from this number I have blocked all numbers and asked repeatedly to be taken off. The girl said "you don't even know what the call is about" I said can you take me off again she said "were just gonna keep calling you".
No idea who these are. American voice recording said hold on while we transfer you to another agaent. Didn't wait
General opinion seems to be that it is Tesco. I don`t shop with them and have none of their other products/services, so not sure why they phoned

Claimed to be from Carfone Warehouse, poor English spoken and when challenged as to why they were asking what mobile phone I had, they said, "Oh God ..." and hung up. Just to clarify, I am not God.
It comes up with a local number but that is not where they are calling from. They had my name and were maybe trying their luck to see if I had had an accident in the last 3 years. Each time they say they will take me off their database when I say I haven t.

SCAM Warning asks you to enter bank card or account details and name. They text you and pretend you have missed a parcel (no information is given about the parcel.) then ask for postcode (any postcode you enter always comes up with same page about try to delivery today at 11:23.) the asks for personal data name address birth date and then ask for a small fee for redelivery and ask for bank card and bank account details.
Knew my name and said they were from “my local bank” and wouldn’t say which bank. “Security questions” needed answering to reveal which bank. Load of scamming, conning nonsense and when questioned they threw a paddy. Horrible, horrible people.
Kept on ringing me, rang me over 10 times for two weeks!! Lady trying to sell me stuff.

Called to say from MBNA and that there was a problem with the account. Indian (asian) voice. Wife was very rude to him. The number that came up was the same as the MBNA help line number with extra 2 added at the end. Called MBNA - very helpful - no they had not contacted us. MBNA say they always text before ringing and only speak to main account holder.
NOT a russian number. 07427 are UK mobile numbers for UK carrier, THREE.

Called twice today, 2nd time answered: asked for my partner by name & claimed to be from People's Energy who are our energy supplier and are based in Edinburgh so that matches the area code (0131). My partner wasn't happy to confirm security information for an unsolicited call though and they were happy to end the call requesting we call them. Received a text from this mobile number saying I have a parcel to be delivered and there was a link to go to a website. I haven’t ordered anything. There has been a few of these texts lately from mobile numbers.
