They called to offer me a free pension review. Knew my address and mobile number. They said new regulations entitled me to check I was not being overcharged for my pension. Seemed very keen for me to get a an IFA to visit. I asked if they were FCA approved and they said no, but that the IFA s were. Rang off as they were trying to press me to commit to give permission for them to access my pension details

The point of the scam is to find gullible people who will believe what they say. They are crooks who once they find a victim will ask them for personal details and then commit identity fraud or empty your bank account. Obviously you were the ones they were looking for for them to steal your hard earned money from. Called twice today by this number. The Silent Treatment! No sound, no voices. Very Irritating. I did phone KnowHow Service this morning but not at this number. I was told to expect a return call from their Service agent in 2-4 days.
