Call center SPAM Said his name was Alex, however he had a very strong Indian accent. He said that he was phoning from British Gas!? It was about boiler cover, house hold cover for both gas and electric. Asked a couple of questions. SCAM Fraud this number was used to say 'hey mum this is my new number..and some excuse about dropping the phone in the sink. BLOCK and/or report it. THIS IS A FINANCIAL SCAM.

My mother has been contacted many times on this and other phone numbers. The message, from the caller is always the same, she tells my mother, first in English and then in Chinese that she has a package waiting for her, to collect from the Chinese embassy. This is clearly a scam call.

0113 328 0671 Sent me a text saying bailiffs and enforcement officers were going to attempt to retrieve my belongings and to call them - so I did in a panic and revived the most disgusting attitude from an Indian man telling me he was trying to retrieve my details and when I wouldn’t give him any he got very irate

A lady from (Dell??) or (Delta??) calling herself 'Norah Jones'. Asks me if I'm still working [place], if my email is still [email] and if I'm still [function]. Smh she does know some stuff about me. Perhaps looking at some sort of CRM? Can't make up if I accidentally left my data somewhere and ended up in this system? Or my data got to their system another way. It's all quite sketchy. Tried calling back but getting: "this is the voicemail of Norah Jones, I'm on vacation".

Pretends to be from BT. They already have some of your personal information to gain your confidence. They ask you to confirm a pass code that they send to your phone or email which gives them access to your BT account and more personal information. They then try to get you to log on to your computer etc.
