Fraud SPAM SCAM SCAMMER - They fake the number then say they're calling from O2 to give a 40% discount for getting a good customer because I pay my bills on time, but couldn't tell me my name, when the bills are, wouldn't accept any other form of ID. I knew straight away they were scammers so washed their time for 15-20 mins asking why the text "they" had sent told me not to give them the code they wanted. Scam internet problem fixer from India/Pakistan or similar. Female caller said I had a problem with Internet security Blah, Blah, Blah..... the same old trick now used by these people to fraudulently obtain money by deception from vulnerable people. Please be aware and treat with caution.

Back again, they phoned my mobile yesterday and today my landline. Local garage had my contact numbers 2 years ago when I bought a car. In the past has just been postal advertising. The number is in Runcorn so misrepresentation of fact! Answered the phone with what are you selling, told them not to phone again as I don t want to buy a car. Must be a call centre in Runcorn, annoyed that local garage has sold or is using contact details for reasons beyond the original sale!!!

Scam. They pretend they are from EIST research centre that belong to the university of Liverpool. They asked for home address, phone numbers, emails and bank details. I gave them all wrong information. I phoned the university of Liverpool and they confirmed the number listed above is not their phone numbers.
