I used him to check if my info actually was leaked and then I rejected the transaction and cancelled my card lol. Pretty funny call, although dangerous to those who aren’t very IT literate. This person scammed me - had a one off lesson, said they'd pay but then proceeded to ignore my texts and ghost me. Not only did they not pay for the lesson, they also didn't return the books if lent them. Don't not trust them

Debt collector, I think this is a check up call from Oxford TV licencing Enforcement Division to check if someone aged over 75 and still forced to buy a licence is still alive, The caller asks for you by name and when you say yes they make some excuse about not being able to hear properly saying they will call back later.
