Appeared plausible and had some detailed info on my account transactions, however, when calling the number on back of my card, they said they had no record of a call from RBS. Automated call , no answer when picked up. Suspect social media being used to identify area code to use.

My view is that if I felt I wasn't getting a good service then I would contact them. All in all an unwanted call.

I have been called several times yesterday back to back from firstly a London number twice, then twice from private number and this one today. They all start by saying am I ****** when I ask who they are they mumble something then ask me if I own or rent my property. The person who called today was female and I could actually understand what she said, except for the initial mumble. The first two London calls where listed as suspected spam, however, some of calls in this category have been bona fide.

Someone from this number attempted to defraud me by pretending to be a relative needing cash to repay a debt.
