Received three calls in a row from this number, from two women and one man. All claimed to be calling from Liebermann in the Netherlands. Ask to speak to me using only my first name. They wanted to arrange a free call back to discuss me doing online trading. When I asked how they obtained my name and number all three of them hung up.

There is a National Insurance scam which seems to be using numbers starting 0777151. It calls you on your 0777151..... number then uses your number as a mask to call other people so they believe you called them. Quite annoying.

The point of the scam is to find gullible people who will believe what they say. They are crooks who once they find a victim will ask them for personal details and then commit identity fraud or empty your bank account. Obviously you were the ones they were looking for for them to steal your hard earned money from. This comes up as a Liverpool number .of is a company dealing with PPI. Very polite young man who was straight to the point regarding what the call was for. After asking a few questions, the usual ones about whether I d had any loans, credit cards, catalogues etc, he said he would get the system updated so that they didn t call again. Just about the most polite call I ve ever had regarding PPI!!
