SCAM Seems to be a call center as noisy line. Tried to obtain bank details etc under false pretences, alleging an engineer from BT has detected problems on my home landline and that without rectification I could incur £+ costs but if remedial action is taken quickly charges may be reduced. +44 161 082 4479 just had a call from this number. It’s an automated message saying I’m involved in tax fraud and I must press 1 on my keypad NOW. At that point I just hung up so don’t know what else was said but I’m sure if I was involved in tax fraud the last thing I would get is an automated message. Please be careful and just hang up and report it on here or anywhere so others can know about it. This is a dangerous call.

Very irritating, this number has called several times, when I answer they hang up without speaking, I have tried to call back and just get the discontinued tone.
Number is only ten digits, too short to be a valid UK number.
A guy with an Indian accent called from this number, wanting to sell me an iPhone...but then he tried to have phone sex with me. I'm a guy, by the way. He wanted me to suck his dick, wanted to fuck me...I think the call only ended because his supervisor intervened. I swear, these call centre guys are a bunch of pervs!

Bellends rang this morning on a bank holiday. When I answered, it seemed to ring at their end then their was a slight pause after which I could hear some background noise like it was a call-centre before it was terminated.

Claiming to be citizens advice which unless you've called them which i havnt they dont call you. Hung up and blocked.
