Claimed they from smart insurance & company changed from original. They knew lots of info about insurance. Asked for acc details, put phone down and immediately rang my appliance insurance company and they said they havent been taken over by smart insurance. I felt relieved that i hadnt given out my bank details but its shocking how lnowledgeable they were and the information they currency had on it. Blocked immediately. Pls beware and be careful.

Had a missed call, asked for my name and to press 1, when i gavew a fake name and pressed one, went through to a man who did not know i was calling, when i explained i had a missed call he asked for my full names and when i refused he did not want to take my call.

Just had a missed call from this number and then a text saying that I have been involved in an accident and that they are her insurers and to phone them - very fishy!

Claiming to be citizens advice which unless you've called them which i havnt they dont call you. Hung up and blocked. It was an automatic message saying there was an attempt of £900 payment with my Visa Card… This looks suspicious for me as someone tried to take a fake payment with my Visa card a few months ago but a real person from my bank called me, not a robot!
