SCAM claims to be Tony from carphone warehouse. My Android identifies the caller as Al Kareem a legitimate company, so i answered, so it looks like they are trying to mask their Id by using that number when they call.

SCAM premium rate number does not appear on my call log. Charged £22 for 5 mins and no record on my phone of this number.

Called claiming to be calling about my phone contract, told them that I wasn't on a contract (I am) then they were like oh yes, we are offering you contract for £9 a month for unlimited everything okii?! Barely spoke English and spoke very quickly, kept going silent. I said no and hung up.

This is 100 fraud and scam. He calls himself Dr. Paul Wilson (the same name on Facebook). He is using others’ pictures as his identity and send messages. Become friends and then asks for money. Be careful.

Put another person on the phone when she got flustered, male then started asking me my security question, what model of phone I had, mt network provider was etc. SCAM - avoid!! SCAM- 0128 240981 I've been bombarded by calls from similar 0128 numbers for past couple weeks. I finally answered this one today (28th October) and it was a lady with an oversees accent with echoey background noise saying she was from the National Debtline. She knew my name and kept asking me to confirm it but I didn't and I kept asking who she was then hung up when she said she was from the debtline. They don't cold call you and it's a totally different number so I blocked it.

Received a text asking if I fancy winning a MacBook Air? With a link to follow stating There we’re 10 up for grabs! What I don’t understand is how they even know my name. I tried dialling the number and it is not recognised. SCAM!!!!

This number called with a pre-recorded message to say there was an arrest warrant out for me and to press 1. Sounded like an American voice. Clearly a scam to scare someone to press 1 and who knows what that mey lead to.
