Automated message supposedly 'Bank Security' regarding two recent payments made by card....1 to Amazon for £300 and the 2nd an International payment of £1000+. The usual crap is then given re pressing 1 or 2 depending on how you want to proceed. Complete load of rubbish. I get regular calls from a variety of numbers all exactly the same. They want shooting! Bloody nuisance.

As I am a Housing Rights Worker for Shelter, I am well aware of how to get repairs actioned. They went silent when I explained this. Called me claiming to be from O2 with a 30% off my monthly bill every month free of charge, decided to play along for a bit just to waste their time and then when I eventually hung up on them after revealing to them I wasn't even with O2 they spam called me for 30 minutes from a different number everytime, be aware of the following numbers as well: 01213143258 02475422138 01618201813
