I said No and she promptly hung up - didn t get to ask whether she had the right person or where she got my number from. This number has called me daily for over a week. If I answer but remain silent it disconnects.

They said they were from Virgin Media and were warning that the connections were being slow but I found the caller very difficult to understand so I will verify with Virgin direct
