Aug 2016 definitely police scotland. But beware, called 101 to check and they said that it was an old and unused number, yet thats what came up when they called.

Must be a SCAM - allegedly from BT Openreach about Internet. Yet another new number they are calling from and a different voice but I now tell them immediately they are lying an...

Not if you follow the instructions on the BT website (or the numerous instances in this thread) on how to deal with it.
