I established that the caller was a fraud and called them out at which point they stopped being polite and friendly and began to taunt and be abusive. The man told me he was from a credit help place, didn't offer any security checks or business name. Possible spam or fraud, doesn't make sense why a business would be calling from a mobile number either.
