On examination, the very nice lady called Jenny said she was calling from South East Asia. Fraud / Scam............... States they're from BT with alarming call that your router is faulty and that your internet line is public. Then starts to asks questions about the lights on router, who uses internet, even knew home address, at that point I hung up. I contacted BT - they do not have any such number listed in their network, also they confirmed no calls were made to line from themselves.
Person speaking was not clear, believed to be a spam caller.
The above number texted me today claiming they are Amazon and that there had been an attempt from IP address:42.344.91.27 to login my account.
