This is a value added number meaning they charge you. I called Barclays Bank Sutton Coldfield, got no reply twice and was charged a pound a time. What a scam!!!

Tried to say they were a company (could they catch what the company was after three attempts at asking. A yway as soon as the Asian man said "were running a promotion on your number".... well he got a mouth full and a polite goodbye hahaha
SCAM - offered 40% discount on my next bill, when I asked who they were they said it was for my phone bill. I asked if it was Vodafone and she said yes, then asked how much I was paying for my phone bill and what kind of device I had - all information she should have been able to gather from my account. This looks to be a scam. I telephoned this number after missing a call and receiving a voicemail message from someone calling himself "John" asking me to call another number. The above telephone number is an automated voicemail service(possibly USA), with no company name given or any indication of identity.
