Fraud - Indian call centre claiming to be from O2 but hiding behind a UK number as you are more likely to answer it. Offered savings off my bill and free upgrade wanted my details to check and the one time pass code that O2 were going to send me. Its a massive fraud once they have your account info they will go on a spending spree using your details but changing the delivery address. Just hang up or do not answer.

If you have gave them the details, call your bank STRAIGHT AWAY and put a hold on your account and explain you’ve been a victim to an AMAZON SCAM! Then change your Amazon username and password. Trying to suggest that two sums of money had left my account. Usual request to press a key. No introduction, no company or bank name. Very poor scam attempt. It may fool some people.

Just had a message from this numbet “Unable to pay your Debts/Bills see if you can apply to write them off and freeze the interest/ charges reply YES.” I haven’t and won’t respond. Suspect it’s a scam

Fraud Sent me a txt message claiming to be from the Halifax saying I had set up a direct debit to screwfix and to call this number if I had not done this. Put me on hold then a chap with a foreign accent asked me for details, I said I will double check with my online banking and he hung up. Scam

SCAM Call about HMRC letter. I knew it was a scam but pressed 1 to see what would happen. Asked for my name and gave them a wrong name then asked for my real name. I said no because you are not really from HMRC so she was very pleasant and said go fu@k myself and hung up.
