They done the same to me as well and sed u been accepted then on 3rd call u been declined and sed they will refund the bill don t do it people it a scam bout 60 fee

I have had loads of these premium rate numbers just recently and every time I block the number, another premium rate number rings - sometimes twice a day! I think the scam is that they are relying on people ringing them back when they hang up - and therefore paying the premium rate!
