SCAM possibly Said he was my local conservation officer?? He said I had loft insulation fitted a while ago under a grant (which I did ) didn't supply any details of when or what but told me it was unfit and could create problems with my property especially mould (sounding like scare tactics) I needed it assessed as soon as possible when I asked what my conservation area was he just told me my post code I replied you don't know do you and he said never mind and put down the phone
