Be Online? Trying to reduce phone bills. I held then on the phone pretending to find the model number of my telephone, he called me an idiot. I was so upset by this! Almost certainly a scam call. These calls use spoofed numbers, originate outside the UK and are untraceable. NEVER GIVE ANY INFORMATION to an unknown caller. NEVER RETURN A C...
This is a number used by British Gas... generally to gain feedback after a British Gas engineer has visited your property (typically the day after)... Although still annoying, these types of calls are genuine (although I still ignored it).
