Received call from this number, which I declined to answer as number was unknown to me. Dialled number using 141 and discovered it belongs to Ruthbridge Ltd (a debt collection company). They appear to have offices throughout the UK.
Called our house phone asking to speak to a Mr ****, my partner answered and said sorry no one lives here with that name, they got really angry with him and hung up. Have had a number of calls previously but when answered there is no one there, just lots of background noise. Do not trust this number.
This is a genuine caller he works as a boiler engineer and will only ring to book a appointment with no sales call off him and no messing round come and fixes boiler and goes

It's just a call offering a telephone appointment in the future with a financial advisor if you want to consider if your cover is still relevant to your circumstances. There's no pressure but a chance to review whether you want to change your cover or leave it as it is. Answered phone they hung up; it came up as a London number, I phoned back twice voice says you have dialled an incorrect number, even though it was the right one!!!! Very odd.
