The person addressed my by my first name, they stated that they where a pimp. There as noise in the background and the caller had an unknown accent
SCAM Scam number claiming to be the utilities registration office. This is not a thing.
Obvious scam caller.
Wat lonely sad people
A man with an English accent told me his name, but I don't remember it. I was told that the call was from y local energy consultancy and I was asked if in the past I had used the Government scheme for installing fibreglass in my loft. I said I hadn't used the Government scheme and I did have loft insulation that was installed and then boarded over. I tried to say that I wasn't going to allow the boards to be lifted and he talked over me to say that he wasn't interested and he hung up.
