Received an unsolicited call from this company regarding a claim...that I've not made! Told them I'd registered for TPS and she didn't know what it was?? Then was really rude, saying that I shouldn't make a false claim for an accident! What an idiot. Then

Louise Walters from Altus Advice Co. Theyhad been informed that I had had an accident that was not my fault. Kept repeating that and interrupting me as I attempted to get her to repeat her name. I got the impression that it was a computer generated message and, as I asked where she got the information from, the call was terminated from her end. I have now blocked that number, but don’t have much hope of success as I have had almost identical calls from different numbers previously.
