Called me with 2 rings at around 8pm. So I googled this number and it seems as it is untrustworthy according to the other comments. I would advise not to call them back.
SCAM. Probably. Rang while I was still in bed. Would have got a right mouthful had I been awake! I know of no people from Manchester who would have my phone number!
