Called by an Asian gent who eventually answered me (suspicious already) said he was a technician calling from some company or other (couldn t resolve company name) and said I had something wrong with my computer updates. What! I told him I was an IT Consultant (truth) and he started telling me what to do. Several times I told him he was a scammer but he completely ignored me. SCAM Said he from Virgin Media and was calling about my broadband. Said was not with VM but he insisted it was still important because VM supply all the broadband suppliers use the VM server. When I started challenging him he hung up.
Rang me and hung up on me as soon as I answered.
