Its a spam call. They are from "Global....something for other" couldnt really understand the womans accent. Telling me they were doing surveys Covid 19 and needed some information from me, asking me to confirm details. Westcott debt collection. Called me at 8.30am, I didn t recognise the number so sent to voicemail. Automated voicemail left a message for my husband to contact them quoting a reference number, never heard of the company he is supposedly due money to. Not likely I will be returning this 0844 call.

Called back number and got recorded message saying IC home insarance tried to call you about insurance and will call back another time.
Sent me a weird message asking for information, under the disguise of a being an old friend. I checked this website, this number was located in Russia (despite being a UK number). Very odd.

Very abrupt chap called "Charles" said he was from Domestic Appliances and would not let me get a word in edgeways. He said my appliances were no longer covered as my insurance had run out. I asked him which appliance had recently lapsed insurance - he wouldn't answer just said "are all your appliances in working order. I said I already had appliance cover - he put the phone down.
Automated message that my account had been charged and that they will send my iPhone. I hang up.
