SCAM Fraud Said they were HMRC
Missed call text but phone didn't even ring. Do not call back - likely a scam.
Said it was BT & my internet was being used by other users. I hung up.
SCAM Caller claimed to be called Moses Rufus (definitely a false name as he had to think about it when asked his name) asking to know the where in the process in terms of planning applications my company were with various construction projects. When told I'd need to gather the info and get back to him, he wouldn't give an email address just this number. Suspicions raised after the call I called the number back, it rings twice and cuts off. SCAM says unusual activity on account. 2 charges. One to amazon another to worldwide money transfer says press 1 to accept 2 to cancel. Number does not accept in coming calls

Call from "Bank Security" An obvious scam. Put phone down
Left an empty voicemail, 100% scam
SPAM Having multiple calls from the above number and 4 others with a variation in the last four digits. No messages are left. I am now up to 14 calls in past two days. Listed a Spam due to the multiple calls in duch a short period and no messages left. Phone number including all last 4 digit variations all Blocked.
Called chasing a debt despite me not using British Gas
Automated message claiming to be from Amazon. Claiming that order had been placed on hold due to suspicious activity on card and to press 1 to talk to advisor. Phishing scam.
Call from a 'consumer data centre' asking if I wanted to be removed from their data base. I said yes and now I am wondering if they were simply trying to get my voice confirmation for a scam of some description?Call center
Got a call from this number. I did not speak neither did the person calling, but I could hear noise in the background like a call centre or something similar.
SCAM
Bank alert, told me that two large transactions had gone from account. Didn't say what bank or use my name. Cancelled call and accounts are all ok so must be scam. Blocked.
Insurance
Got another audio text message to my landline Another appointment reminder I thought I gave these people my mobile number as the contact but obviously not Will do when I see them next week I used to get a lot of these audio text messages to my landline at one time from this and a couple of other text to speech to landline translation and relay service numbers but am now only giving my mobile number as the contact when I can remember it As usual with these audio text services always ignore the instruction
