GGRRR! So annoying! Persistent calls to speak to someone in accounts - all to do with international payments and foreign exchange to see if they can get a better rate. Told him we had just switched and take our name off the list please (an option he offered). He then said I will call back, I said no, no point, remove us from the list we are not interested. I use this number to speak to their accounts team. I think it is actually the main switchboard number to get through to all departments you may require at TAPA.

Automated call telling me to act now to claim my refund from my bank. Getting this call daily now, on a main switchboard it is very irritating.

just got phone call from chap asking for Alfred Moray. Sounded like possibly dutch or flemish.

They said that my mother is to be sued by HM Customs and Excise. My mother is elderly and is upset by the call. I m very angry about this.

They keep calling, usually in the morning about 0830, for someone who no longer lives at this address.

Been called by 0113 419 9990 numerous times over the past 3 days. I answered the call today to be told it s about my pension - and they could see its frozen. The lady was called Becky (thats if they use their real names) who wanted details of my pension, which I wouldnt give, she tried to convince me there was nothing wrong but I said how did know who she was, I said I would leave it and deal with it myself - she hung up!! So much for trying to convince me she was genuine. These scams are really getting out

Same Asian ars*hole wanted to fix my connection and it must be done NOW ! Abused him and hung up. One thing though he had my right name, didn't ask any securtity questions

I just block any unknown number & never answer them. If they want me they'll leave a message

I can t really say that this number is NOT TRUSTWORTHY, as if you want a lower gas/electric tariff, it may just be in your interest to answer the call, but if you are happy with your supplier, just answer the fone & let them know that you are happy with your service & they ll take your name off the ring list.
