Claiming to be novuna finance Company they have managed to scam my daughter in law and son out of £329 saying they had to pay this for credit check and insurance it's only till they asked them to send £150 via an argos gift card they realised it's a scam and now they have lost all their money I spoke to novuna finance the ligit company while they was on phone and they said it was a scam and with that the scammer hung up and now can't get hold of them
0115 998 7607 Called to say I d apparently been in a car accident that wasn t my fault. I told them I didn t own a car or drive and had not been in an accident. They then asked if my family had been and thats why they were calling me. I confirmed again nobody had been in an accident. She apologised for disturbing me and wished me a good day.
This number is an Accident helpline/involved in incident claim line or whatever it is (which I have not) This number constantly calling my mobile number and then hangs up. I have called them back to take my number of their system so will see how this goes.
