Got a phone call from this number 01529 267469 looking for someone I don't even know, said something about a road accident?! Are they just spam?
Unknown text asking if this is suitable for me!?!? I’m thinking what is suitable!?!? The link was there but I darent click on the link as I know it’ll be a server with poison like software that steals your data and sells it to other parties! This number called me today at 4.00pm a man with an Asian Accent asked if he was spoeaking to Brian I asked who wants to know, said his name was Sam and he was calling about compenation I was due about an accident I had had told him I hadn t had an accicent for over 35 years. He said according to their records I had hadd one in the last 2years. I asked what his companies name was he said Claims Team Private Ltd.no such company registered with Companies House, asked him where he got my name and number from,
I didn’t pick up but this number tried to FaceTime me. Like a literal video call. I didn’t know the number and so didn’t want to pick up. But it’s very strange

Be carefull They use different numbers!! They give you a return number that is invalid. Waste their time - keep them on hold as long as possible. Then block their number.

Be very carefull. Scammers are using this number in text messages to appear to be genuine BT enginers. Rather worrying as they appear to be organising a home visit. They are not BT.
