Same story. About a road accident I had but caller was from Liverpool and they used an 01462 area code. Trying to get me to claim for unnecessary whip lash etc, I suspect. Blocked.
SCAM / SPAM Guy called 'Matthew' called about the government funded lagging I just had installed in my loft. Totally untrue but when I cheerfully said, 'I'm glad you called as I'm not happy with the installation' he hung up. Suggest everyone else does the same!!

I got a call from this number and they hung up. I tried to communicate but nobody answered. I received the call at my local number which is from Mexico City
A recorded voice said something about £200 and to press ...and they would....if no response from me. It had been marked as suspicious. I ignored it.

These are a pest but all they can do is ring up or send you a letter if you speak to them admid nothing just answer with you rang me when they ask for details there a debt collecter with no clout they cant come to your property as they are Not high court enforcement officers or agents.

I have had a call from this number as I do not know it I let the answering machine get it, as soon as the announcement started the caller hung up. When I dialled the number back using 141 to block my own number the call was not picked up. I suspect a call centre of some form possibly phishing. Also had a missed call from 02089022545 which I assume is the same outfit. If genuine reason for call, why not leave a message?

Total scam, Google HMRC automated call and the top result is that it is a confirmed scam and you should end the call immediately.

This is the number Uncle Buck use if you are struggling to pay any of the loan you took out with them, They call numerous times starting at 8am through to 8pm at 3 times a day. The caller dose not listen to your circumstances as they obviously read from a card/screen.
