Massive Spam call of UK Numbers over last day or two !!

I think this is a boiler room operation, touting for investment. Even after you tell them where to get off, they still call back many times. A boiler room operation is one which hypes "investments" which probably don t exist and you lose your money. Worryingly they knew my name.

This number is unallocated so the call is definitely from a scammer. These calls use spoofed numbers and originate outside the UK. Block the number on your phone. For a mobile, ...

Got a miss call. I called back and it was an old lady on the other end. I clearly stated that I got a miss call and was wondering who it was. GGRRR! So annoying! Persistent calls to speak to someone in accounts - all to do with international payments and foreign exchange to see if they can get a better rate. Was sleeping when I got the call so I never answered it, but everyone else seems to have reported as an Indian Web Development company, so I can block the number seen as though I m a fully qualified web developer with 13 years experience... Don t think I need help...

Caller claimed to be working with BT to save us money on our BT bill. She was obviously lying as we don t use BT. Became aggressive when I refused to say who we did buy telephone service from. I suspect it s some type of scam.
