Another con trying to do business over the phone. Who in their right mind is going to do anything with a stranger over the phone? She said, very politely "I m sorry to bother you I won t be long." My reply was, I m sorry too, and you are right you will not be long." And hung up. She was lucky she did not get the usual abuse I reserve for such calls!

I left this comment on the Voxbone SA Scam Number function, which is apart of their website. Number seems to possibly be a missed call scam of a 0845 number. This is the latest number using the old con about your IP address being compromised and will be cut off in 24 hours. The message was in an American accent, for fun I pressed 1 and was put through to an Indian call centre. I could hear lots of voices in the background. Unfortunately the line went dead before I could wind them up. The number is now barred!

I asked what she was calling about and she said something about a claim on my car insurance due to an accident (she knew my full name).
