This Indian fella rings me every couple of weeks always calls me by a different first name usually as far as it gets but today I stopped him and told him my first name then says he s from some fraud investigation unit asked how I was I said was ok till you rang and got my name wrong his reply was so what s your fuckin name repeated it about 5 times I said who you think your talking to and he put phone down tryd ringing the number but it s dead or something

The point of the scam is to find gullible people who will believe what they say. They are crooks who once they find a victim will ask them for personal details and then commit identity fraud or empty your bank account. Obviously you were the ones they were looking for for them to steal your hard earned money from. Accident claims company, asking if I d been in a car accident, hung up.

It comes up with a local number but that is not where they are calling from. They had my name and were maybe trying their luck to see if I had had an accident in the last 3 years. Each time they say they will take me off their database when I say I haven t.

This number calls every so often asking for Mark and also sends texts offering a free laptop. I tried telling them they had the wrong number before I found out it was a marketing ploy. Just tell them to f**k off now!
