Have just had similar calls saying I would receive hundreds of calls. Confirmed name and postcode but when started on expiry date of card put phone down . Lady with Indian accent.

The following number: 0208 759 95 77 keeps phoning and when I pick it up, a machine keeps beeping and I cannot hang up. It is a stupid caller who harrass people and blocks the phone line.

Fraud. I was called by this number by someone pretending to be from Trend Micro internet security. he was foreign and said he wanted to give me a £299 refund. he then asked me to download a screen sharing software (anydesk.com). I refused and hung up, but he knew my name and email address.

Recorded voice talking about that there is a warrant out for my arrest due to tax evasion. This followed another call a few days prior from a different number claiming to be HMRC - another recorded voice telling me to press a button in order to speak to someone about my tax evasion and threatening with legal action/arrest if I didn't. Awful messages and probably quite frightening for someone elderly or vulnerable. Don't interact with the messages and block this number!

This bunch have called me twice in as many days. I just had another call tonight. I m also registered with the TPS. Neither myself or my wife are in debt, but automated recordings are not to know that as the call bot relentlessly churns through its number database. Really rude man on the line telling me he wants to find hidden commission in our utility bills. when i said our accountants are on with doing it he cut me off and said they wont be getting what he can get us. would hardly let me speak and when i could he corrected me every time although i was repeating what he had said. in the end he said "what a rude person" and hung up. dont answer to them it will be scam.
