Unprofessional sounding people with heavy Indian accent and English Christian names (Mark, Mary, etc) purporting to be Virgin Media concerned wether on best package.

i ordered an o2 sim card yesterday and since then i have had 7 missed calls of this number. I have my phone out at work as my granddad is very poorly, which my manager allows so i can hear if anything is urgent, having them ring me when my manager is sat next to me and constantly ringing me isnt a good look!!!

If you get a call you should answer or call back as the problem is that the initial database maker sells your number on to other junk call companies. If you have a call from them you should call the number back and ask for James, the call centre manager and demand where they got your number from. I have my phone blocked for unknown numbers so l didn’t answer the call. It was a gentleman who has called before by the name of Michael. The gentleman had an Indian accent.

Caller claimed to be VW Finance calling about an agreement. They couldn t tell me the reg no of the car they were calling about. Also didn t seem to know my name.

Bellends rang this morning on a bank holiday. When I answered, it seemed to ring at their end then their was a slight pause after which I could hear some background noise like it was a call-centre before it was terminated.
