It was the "Mobile"-masked number first, which I decided let go to missed call and I did well, because 10min later I had to make the Glasgow-looking masked number go to missed calls too, making this an impossible coincidence for an unused phone. Seems to be University of Bristol Alumni organisation, phoning alumni. Other sites report fund-raising. Probably legitimate rather than fraudulent, but I have no knowledge.
SCAM Calls every September asking me to buy books for a local school, then pay in May the following year. Called again this week asking to pay for the books, but hung up when I told them I didn't agree to the deal. Would have scammed me if I didn't remember saying no to their offer.
Scam, they claimed to be Windows and asked me to read out info from my event viewer, not sure why, maybe they can discern vulns through this. I called back and it said number not in service

I received a phone call on my landline from a female caller, Asian accent, purporting to be from Google. The caller asked if I had received the warning messages they had sent to my computer. I was informed that these were not emailed messages but were in my computer and that if I was in front of my computer the caller would show me where to find them. I then attempted to terminate the call the caller said that if you chose to ignore this call you will be deregistered from Google. I terminated the call.
